I have had similar issues with Temp-tations and their quality.....crazing, cracking, breaking and I followed all instructions.... Her older pieces were nice quality products and have had no problem with them, but something happened along the way with quality control.  Instead of expanding her line into home goods, she needs to concentrate on making QUALITY products!!!  

 

Be sure to contact QVC Customer Service and let them know the product was defective so you will get a full refund and wont be charged for the original shipping!
