😯 That is unfortunate and unacceptable!! I too, have purchased many sets, and individual items from Temptaions through the years, and have never had a piece I had to return, but did have a few with minor imperfections. I called customer service and recieved a credit of a few dollars.😊

I would have returned that set also!🤨

@branny you shouldn't go from freezer to hot oven. I use my Temptations in a pre-heated oven, but my dish is always at room temperature. I don't go from fridge to oven and I never freeze in my dishes.

thank you for your response. My temp. Casserole is at room temp and still cracked. Go figure.
