Awhile back I ordered a set of temptations in the different sizes, just before you came out with the lid-it. There was first the largest of the set , then the size under that. Well, I didn't get it. I called customer service, and was told if I didn't like them, I could send them back, and nothing more. I was really disappointed because I do like the green temptations. So I kept them, minus the cooking container I was missing. Why wasn't I asked or offered a cookware piece? or is that not possible, if it comes only in sets. The customer service rep. was rather short with me. I still don't have that piece, so maybe I will order again someday your large set of bake
ware, and if there be a problem there I will send it back.

I'm not sure if you called QVC or Temp-tations customer service. All QVC is going to do is let you return the entire set to them for credit or a replacement.
Whenever you get a set from Q and there is a problem with just one or two pieces, broken missing etc. you can call Temp-tations customer service directly. The number is available at Temp-tations.com. Be sure to call and not use the email, as they don't usually respond to the emails.
They will send you out replacement pieces and if it is a recent purchase, there is no charge for shipping. If you have problems with the a piece later, still call, as they usually will replace it for a shipping fee only.

Every time I receive my order, if there is a problem, I call temptations.com customer service and they take care of it. Never a problem, never shipping charges, immediate action with no attitude. That has been my response. I'm very pleased and I never call QVC. They are only there to take orders and tell you how to return them if you don't like them.

I'm not sure why you are posting about this now if it was "awhile back" when you ordered this set? CS told you what you needed to do & you decided to keep the set even tho it was missing a piece. You could have sent it back & ordered another set just like it but I guess that was your decision.
I too, have never has any problems with TT CS and they have always been very nice & helped me in any way they could. Sometimes if you start off with an attitude(not saying you were) you can get it right back. Sorry you didn't have the same experience.

QVC has no open stock sitting around to send out just one piece. That goes for the cookware sets, too.
