Temptations for Baking

First let me say I love love love my Temptations, the looks of it, the way it cooks, but I have problems baking in any of my pieces. Everything seems to stick, if I use a non-stick spray or if I do not use a non-stick spray. Last night I tried again and baked a cinnamon bread (from mix). I did not use any spray and after resting 10-15 min it stuck, I have to knife around my loaf pan and underneath, invert and it split down the middle and stuck on one side.

Does anyone have any suggestions?{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}
