I wish I could delete this thread, since it's evidence of my stupidity.

I didn't check the box after DH opened it, until just now.

This note was in it, so I'm assuming it's a nice thank you from Tara and company for being a customer.  Well, that's how I'm going to interpret it, anyway... Merry Christmas to me :-)

And all of you, too!

Yes, are you sure someone didn't send you a gift.?  I sent Jrs. mini cheesecakes one year and the recepient called QVC saying they didn't order them.  The person didn't look and there was a card inside saying it was a gift from me.    (By, the way, no one I sent these to ever said they liked them.)

I got a signed copy of David Venable cookbook last Christmas. Just out of the blue it was sent to me. I had not ordered it. There was a note from the QVC staff. Take it as a gift. Enjoy. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

[ Edited ]

I once bought a set of Temptations dinnerware that included everything like plates, bowls but not the mugs.  It was an Old World Spice set when spice was a new color for Temptations.  When the set showed up there were 4 mugs in the box.  I can't remember if they were in the same box as the other stuff or their own separate box since it was several years ago a few weeks prior to Christmas.   Anyhow, I just took it as a gift from Tara even though their was no note or anything in it.   I still use some of that spice dinnerware and mugs from time to time even today.

THE MYSTERY HAS BEEN SOLVED!

Tonight I got a text from my niece in NY.

She said her kids sent me a gift, did I get it?

I told her no.

Well, guess what?

It was from the kids!

She said there was no option to add a gift message.

Yes, it was very sweet of them. We don't normally exchange gifts, which is why it didn't occur to me, but I crocheted each of the kids an afghan this fall, so that was their way of saying thank you :-)
