I received a package in the mail yesterday, from QVC, to me.

There was  no order form in the box, no gift card.

It's an absolutely delightful set of cookie cutter ornaments!

The problem is that I did't order them.  Is this something Temptations does regulary, or was there a mistake?

I'm thinking maybe it was part of an order I made during the year and don't remember.

Look at your order history and see if it's listed.   The thing that comes in the box is called an "invoice".

Oops! Never thought of looking at my account. 

I just checked it and I did not order these.  Now I'm thinking I have to call C.S. about sending them back... but they're so cute....

@house_cat.  If there is no tracking information of any kind on or in the box I would contact CS and offer to buy them or return them if they email you a postage free label.  If you are lucky they will be generous and tell you to keep them.   The postage and paperwork involved for them to get the cookie cutters back is probably more than their cost of the cutters.

That's a good idea. I really don't need them, but they sure are cute.

Maybe that's a new Q technique - send out items and hope the customer likes it enough to buy it!

Could someone have sent them to you as a gift?    There is an order number on the shipping label CS can check.

Other than my name and address on the outside package, there is no paperwork whatsoever, except for this note.  I guess I'll give them a call today.  I've dealt with Temptations CS before and they were very helpful.

I have no idea how they do gifts from other people, maybe someone sent it to you.  I'll ask my sister.

She said there's never anything to indicate who it's from.   So maybe you have a secret Santa or something?
