Temptations Poor Customer Service

I received the 13 pc. lid it set and got two slotted spoons instead of one slotted and one regular serving spoon.

I have tried for over a week to reach customer service at Temptations. QVC gave me their phone number. Twice on two different days I called for over 20 minutes and received a busy signal. The third time I was on hold for over 8 minutes listening to the same recording over and over.

I have also emailed twice. They have a form that goes to customer service. Both times it showed it was sent successfully and a week later I still have not heard from anyone. This is very frustrating. I would like to keep ordering Temptations but if they have such a problem with their customer service department don't know if I will keep ordering.

Many reviews have stated the same thing, that customers have problems getting through to them.

If anyone has any ideas of how I can reach them I would appreciate feedback. Otherwise I will call QVC back and tell them the problems I have had.
