Temptations Poor Customer Service

I gave K14993 (2 mugs 2 plates) in green as a gift. The recipient told me

one mug was chipped so I emailed Customer Service asking to buy another.

Out of green, they offered to send me another color. I chose cranberry, it

arrived, again a chipped mug. For 12 days they would not respond to my

emails. When I said I would talk to Tara on the air about it I got 2 replies

immediately and was told to call customer service for help. This is not customer service

I'm emailing? They helped me the first time then stopped? I'm done.
