I had to make a post because I've heard negative things here about Tempations Customer Service which made me really nervous to place my first order (during the last TSV). My TSV order finally arrived and it all looked fine except there was a rubber foot missing off of one of the baskets. My hold time was pretty short, the lady was extremely nice and helpful. She offered to send out an entire new basket just to make sure it would stay on as well as some replacement feet "just in case". I've already received confirmation in my email. The phone call was quick and painless. Excellent customer service in my book!

For the most part, TT customer service is pretty good. I think if you are a first time caller, you tend to get treated a little better. I have had to have quite a number of pieces replaced over the years, and often, the replacements come shattered, and I have to call and have the same piece shipped three times before it arrives in one piece. I think they get tired of dealing with it, but if they packed it better, it wouldn't happen.
There is some inconsistency in the way they handle replacements, and I think it depends on who you get, and their mood that day. Sometimes they make you pay shipping for your replacement, some times they don't. Sometimes they issue a call tag to pick up the damaged merchandise, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they will replace a a piece that is sold as a single piece, or half of a two piece set, and sometimes they won't, and make you send it back to Q.
I think the CS at TT is not good shortly after a TSV, because they are getting lots of complaints and request for replacement pieces, and they tend to get a little snippy.

I was also concerned about it being bad right after a TSV because that's probably their ""busy"" time. But the lady was REALLY nice - it was probably the best CS phone call I've had - seriously. It was FAST and she just took care of the problem without wasting a bunch of my time. It was easy. I had to give a shout out because I've really heard negatives and that wasn't my experience at all.

I'm glad that you had a very good experience with Temp-tations CS! I don;t think it had to do with you being a first time customer at all. I and many other customers have had no problems when we had to deal with TT's CS. My experience is that if you have a good attitude when talking with CS then you get the same(not always but majority of the time). There have been many of us here that have had very communication with CS again, I'm glad you did too!!
