Does anyone have a suggestion for cleaning stains off the unglazed parts of the Temptation casserole dish? I have tried all store cleaners and haven't had much success. It is just the edges where the lid sets on the unglazed area. Thank you.

Obviously you are going to have to use some abrasive that will take off part of the surface, as the stain has sunk into the porous surface. Personally I"d leave it, why risk the damage or complete loss of the dish? If it seems worth the risk, start with a Brillo pad or SOS. You can graduate to a fine gauge sandpaper, then a heavier gauge sandpaper. For your sake I hope someone comes up with an alternative cleaner.

I agree with @depglass . I don't think it can be adequately cleaned. I'd just leave it alone. That fired stoneware is hard as a rock.
