Many of us who collect TT have lots of other brands of dishes that we collect and mix with our TT. I recently found some pieces at Wal-mart and the Dollar Tree that I thought were good coordinating pieces.

This fall at Wal-mart there were the nicest pumpkin plates in their Better Homes and Gardens line. They were much bigger, and darker richer colors that the ones on the TT site. And they were under $3 each, and such great quality.

Just this weekend I found some dinner plates at Dollar Tree that have a leaf and berry pattern around the edges that coordinates with the Cardinal and holly patterns in TT. These are not a perfect match, but good enough as TT hasn't offered a plate in that style and these were only $1 each.

Anyone else find especially seasonal coordinates cheaper that TT, that they liked?

The Wal-mart Better Homes and Gardens Christmas/winter selections are already gone at our local stores. The platter was only like $13 and was to die for. I didn't buy it but I wanted it!
