Hi - OMG - am I ever upset!!

Waited & waited for the Spice color bakeware. It finally was online so I ordered it to the tune of about $50.

I decided to make some chicken for dinner. So, I pulled out the 11 x 13 baker, put it in the sink and was ready to wash it. I let the water run until it was very warm, almost hot and then sponged it down with detergent.

I then lifted the baker to do the same with the other side and realized that I only had ONE-HALF of it in my hand. It cracked right down the middle!!!

To make matters worse, it's been over 30 days since my purchase so I'm totally out of luck, I guess.

I read where Temp-tations Customer Service expects that you pay for shipping it, etc.

All I know is that I am soooooooooo disappointed and will take people's negative experiences more to heart.

If you have any idea as to how I can get a replacement without spending an arm and a leg, I'd be so grateful.
