Hello! Hoping to get some answers so please feel welcome to respond back!

I have been an avid collector and gift-giver of the Temp-Tations line for many years now. I have chosen Lilac as my favorite and only color to purchase and have several pieces. I've even decorated my kitchen using the Temp-Tations Lilac color as the main color choice.

I know they still make items in the Lilac color so while watching the Temp-Tations presentations, I grow more and more frustrated when the Program Host or Tara McConnell mentions that all the colors are available when clearly, Lilac is not one of them.

Since Lilac is always introduced as "For Our Avid Lilac Fans....", it appears that Temp-Tations is aware that it is a popular color and therefore, should ensure it is offered in all items.

It is clear to understand that Lilac is the favorite color of many QVC viewers because whenever Lilac is presented, which is seldom, it is usually the first color to sell out. Where my main frustration exists is clearly the demand for Lilac is high so the theory would be that the supply be high as well.

Blue and Green are offered in every item and I can only imagine the disappointment of many customers if pieces in one or both colors became limited. My opinion is that Lilac should be offered as frequently as Blue and Green, or just removed all together.

I am highly disappointed that I have collected pieces of the Lilac line but cannot seem to purchase the items I want in this color. I could understand if Lilac were to just sell out but items are just not made in this color.

Here is a true but sad fact...of the 176 Temp-Tations items listed on QVC.com, there are only 12 that come in Lilac. I am not speaking of Confetti, just Lilac alone. This doesn't seem like customers are being heard and I can imagine that I am not the only customer that has shared their disappointed by this.

If Lilac was offered in all items, I would clearly purchase more Temp-Tations and must believe that more customers would do the same, which would mean more profit for Temp-Tations. At this time, my interest with Temp-Tations has unfortunately dwindled as I can no longer purchase items in the color Lilac.

I have reached out to Temp-Tations in the past but to no avail. I'm very interested to hear other's opinions and suggestions so please feel free to respond back . Temp-Tations.....I would really appreciate hearing from you too .
