Technique replacements

Sent in 3 pieces of technique cookware and just noticed when I was checking the status of my Tig handbag that the replacements are listed as being processed! Was wondering if they really would replace them or not because I haven't seen any posts from anyone that has has sent in any for replacement. Should have done this with some of my others but sold them in a garage sale for 2.00!
