My mother is TERRIBLE on her nonstick fry pans. I would love to get her the Technique ones since they claim to not scratch with metal utensils...BUT the review are really mixed. Many people say that they DO scratch. Do any of you have any advice on Technique or other nonstick pans that don't scratch. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get my mother NOT to use metal in them!
