I am delighted with the Kansas City Steak TSV.  Especially the auto delivery.  I've been buying their products for years and never been disappointed.  My freezer is always stocked with their hot dogs, prime rib, beef brisket, and steaks.

Sports is on at my house, but I'm interested in the TSV. Do they give complete cooking instructions? I'd hate to ruin prime rib.

@AuntG   Yes, complete cooking instructions are explained in every presentation, plus showing the same instructions on the card that accompanies the roast.
