TSV VItamix Blender

[ Edited ]

Vitamix has a TSV blender coming up soon. I still haven't decided on a new one or price yet.

I miss getting the Insider sent in the mail as I bought many of the TSV's and I knew what was coming up. No idea now what is coming up unless I happen to turn it on. QVC is losing business more than the cost of what the Insider cost to send to us.

I just saw it is a 48oz blender with an extra container no a photo but no item number or price yet for a PreSale.

Thanks.

They have a valentines day flash sale on vitamix website for the reconditioned 780. I think it ends at noon today.

I'm not really happy with my Vitamix.   I really believe they are not worth the price.  I've posted before, went back to my old blender with a glass container and stainless steel blades.   Works just as good for less than 1/2 the price.  JMO

I couldn't live without my VM!!! Use it everyday and have never been dissappointed. Used my moms VM stainless steel one she bought in 1980 until 2016 when I bought my new one. Worth every penny!!!

My Vitamix came with two containers, but no variable speed control.  I hate it.

i would suggest to make sure the upcoming TSV has a variable speed function before you buy.  If not, you, will get two speeds...fast and faster.  There is very control and you are limited in what you can make in it.

Thank you for the replies. Maybe I will end up ordering the Kitchen Aid Diamond 5 speed blender in the Cranberry or Raspberry color on Bed Bath and Beyond. I can get an extra 20% off also. I use my blender mostly for smoothies because of my ongoing throat issues. Thank you for taking the time to answer. Everyone here is honest and that is refreshing.  Smiley Happy

I was watching the America's Test Kitchen yesterday.  They reviewed blenders.  They scored the Breville (for 189) the winner.  It happens to be the one they've used for years - so they could be prejudiced?

If I was gonna order a blender I'd get Wolfgang's at HSN. He advertises

that his as good as the Vitamix and whole lot cheaper. Might be noisy.

I had one from Breville long time ago I gave to my nephew it sounded

like a freight train. LOL

One I got is that chinese sounding name can't think of it right now

Love it ! from walmart and paid less then 100 for.
