TEMPTATIONS BIG RIP-OFF

In August I purchased the 16-piece oven to table set and last night I used the 2.5qt. baker and it cracked. I baked fish in it. Well, I e-mailed qvc last night and got a e-mail back with a number to call. I just got off the phone and they would be happy to send me a new piece for free but I must pay $9.99 for the shipping. I cannot believe it. I told the person on the phone and she said " well you have had it since August". I am done with QVC. They do not back up their products at all. Shame on Tara for this policy. I paid shipping on it once, I'm not going to pay for it again just because they made a faulty product. I am so mad.
