Sweet Red-Pepper Jelly

I was introduced to sweet red-pepper jelly on my recent Christmas trip. It was so delicious! Very different than I expected. I thought it would be really hot (which is OK, because I like hot), but this wasn't.

It was served over a brick of cream cheese, and then we spread it on crackers. Is there anything else you can do with it? Just wondering...love it! Thanks.
