I don't know who she is....but she talks soooooooo slow and uninspiring she was putting me to sleep...I had to shut it off...

@Lacey1 thank you so much for posting this video, I learned so much from it!  I didn't realize you cook the ribs in the liquid like that (I thought you put them on the rack out of the liquid).

 

I have never seen such beautiful ribs like that up where I live but they were gorgeous and I need to see if I can find that BBQ sauce too . . . thanks again for the post, I really appreciate it!  Smiley Happy

I don't do boiled ribs.  They have to be on a rack, preferably outside with some wood smoke on them, to be ribs for me.   If I want pork like that, I'll use some other cut.
