Super Wave Oven by Sharper Image

Hi Everyone....I just realized that my brother has this oven, and it has never been used. I think he decided it wasn't as simple to use as shown on TV. The booklet that came with it has very few recipes. I did go to Amazon to see if they had cookbooks, but the ones they have are not rated very highly and not just simple, good cooking.

Does anyone have any tried and true recipes?
