I've been trying to use Greek yogurt a lot to replace sour cream, and so far I've had luck with that. I went to make a recipe that called for heavy cream, and I was afraid to just use milk (we drink skim). I was afraid it would alter the dish too much. Has anyone substituted something else for that with success? TIA! Smile
