Substitute for All Purpose Flour - Help, Please

I'm ready to bake (Chocolate Oreo Cake) and discovered I'm about 1/4-1/3 Cup short on the measurement of AP flour (total required =1 3/4 cups). I've got bread flour and self-rising flour on hand. Can I use either of them to make up the difference? If I do use SR, with that little bit do you think I need to mess around adjusting the baking powder and baking soda requirements?

TIA
