june, I made the rest of the bag of Arnold's Stuffing and it is very salty. While it's probably this brand, I don't wish to try another box or bagged stuffing.

Sodium issues aside, the great part about stuffing is that it's difficult to "ruin". {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Tinkr, and even if you ruin it, it's nothing so bad that some gravy can't fix!

I talked to Mom tonight. She said Stove Top Cornbread.

The End!

I have nothing to add, because I am cooking challenged and wouldn't have a clue what to use our how to add things to it. But I just wanted to let you know that stove top is my favorite. Growing up, my family would make this just for me, and make a homemade traditional stuffing for everyone else. They would place the stove top bowl next to me on the table, lol. I'd share if others asked....but wasn't happy about it, lol. nowadays, i am not near my family now, and have close friends that invite me for thanksgiving now. Of course they give leftovers to take home, and I make stove top to go with those.

Thanks, Lynn! This was helpful!

Have you (or anyone) tasted the cornbread version?

I made a box of Stove Top Cornbread and it was delicious!

I browned some sausage, onions, celery and bell pepper, added butter and turkey stock and brought that to a boil, then added a box of stuffing.

Perfect, and it wasn't salty!
