Having used non-stick coatings for more than 50 years, I can say that I really am impressed with the non-stick of the new colored induction friendly CE nonstick.

Today, I again made a egg over easy without using any tools or oil and I almost forgot how easy it was. Started with a fried egg cooking.. let it cook a bit and I tilted the pan and the egg almost slid out of the pan and I was able to by turning the pan in, allow the egg to slide up the edge and then fall over . A couple more minutes and the egg slide out of the pan onto a waiting plate, another perfectly cooked over easy egg without using even a spatula. I think this is really pretty cool. The temperature I cooked the egg at was 320F.
