Stainless Steel - What do you use to clean it?

My cleaner will not remove waterspots and stuff like that, I have some wipe thingys that you rub on then buff off with a cloth, well my fridge still never gets all the way clean or shines, I have 2 labs so they brush up against it, lick it and what not....DOUBLE URGH!!! So I am cleaning it 24/7 I swear!

What else can I try that will WORK?
