I don't know, maybe Bleach or Lyme Away.

I use Clorox Clean Up comes in a spray bottle, spray it in the cup , let it sit for a little bit and rinse in hot water first , then a cold water rinse just to remove the bleach smell. I use it in all color cups too to remove coffee and tea stains.

I sprinkle some baking soda in the cup and dampen it with enough water to make a paste. Then I rub it on the inside of the of the tea cup or coffee mug, and then rinse. It's all natural, non toxic and it works every time.

I use a moist paper towel with a dab of soft scrub sink cleaner with bleach.

I use baking soda and white vinegar. Both are so inexpensive and safe. I put a tablespoon or more in the cup and slowly add the white vinegar. Let sit for a while and the cups come clean with little or no effort.

I use a product called Dip-It Food & Beverage Stain Remover
