It's been awhile since I've been in Ireland, but I remember having really tasty fresh fish and also a very good lamb stew.

I always have good intentions on Corned Beef & Cabbage, but sometimes I just resort to corned beef on Reuben Sandwiches!

ITA they also make great fish, and also make fabulous tasting fish & chips........The best we had was in Dublin in an Irish Pub and we went on tour and ate that at many places, still the best version was made in Dublin.

Also their Guinness lamb stew with vegetables also served in Irish Pubs & Restaurants was absolutely delicious.

In my next life, I will live next door to a Trader Joe's. There's not even one in my state.
