I have been getting spiralizers only to return them again for the last few years.

Well, I finally found one that is just a dream to operate.  It's the Ninja  K46587.   I just used it, and it takes seconds and no effort to use.  It also came with a separate chopper which I won't use because of the sharp blades, but it will be put away on the highest shelve in my kitchen.  I did cut a tendon in my thumb with one of these sharp blades, so I am going to stay away from it.

I just got a Mueller Spiralizer, which is also a mandoline slicer. So far I have made zucchini noodles, and I'm anxious to experiment.

@CLEM, et al, anyone have a tested and true recipe to share.  I bought one and haven’t used it yet.  LM

Hi fellow spiralizers,  I have used this for the first time today and made zucchini spaghetti.  The thing I noticed first off is that the zucchini has a much different mouthfeel from those that I bought at the store.   Soooo much better.  Once they were done to the consistency I like, I scrambled some eggs and poured them over the spaghetti.  Next time I will spiralize an onion and use it in the dish.

Will make something with carrots next because I have some really big ones in the refrigerator  purple and yellow.  Should look pretty good together.

I have the electric spiralizer from Wolfgang and I love it.  Make zoodles and put my homemade sauce over them.  I do cook a little spaghetti with the zoodles to give a little more substance--not much though to save on carbs.

@Daysdee  That's a great idea - putting some regular spaghetti in with the zoodles.   Wolfgang Puck's was one spiralizer I had ordered, but couldn't put it together.  I also had Ming's electric one which looked much easier, but I just couldn't bring myself to handle the different discs with the blades.
