I also love the Spice House.  If you don't reach their minimum for free shipping, the shipping is now $3.95.  I always refill the glass bottles and when the label gets torn I ask for a new label and they have always sent them.  Once they sent me the wrong garlic and they replaced it and said to keep the one sent by mistake.  Excellent customer service.

i like The Spice House. You can order the quantity that you need, thetype of package (in jar or bag, etc. and you know the country of origin. It's great! If I run out of a spice before I'm ready to place an order than I purchase "organic" from the market .

I’ve been a Penzey fan for years and will continue to be. I like Bill’s stance. The spices are superb.

When I was in Chicago I visited The Spice House. The spices there are excellent as well. And yes it is also in the Penzey family.

I just placed an order. Got the Soul Box (freebie!) and ordered the small jars of several spices that we wanted to try to hit the free ship.
