Sparkling Wine - Sophia

For you wine lovers - I just bought some Sophia. The sparkling white and the sparkling rose. I am giving them for gifts to friends for their birthday. What are your comments on this wine. I know the story behind the one special kind - the wine made for Coppola's daughter's wedding, but I want to know what you think as I have yet to taste it myself.

I think I'll have a glass of White Zinfandel (it's actually pink) right now. I like Prosecco (for sparkling) , BTW. Anyone here like/sip Port for an after dinner drink? I like White Port, Red Port, Tawny Port, etc.

i like white zinfandel sometimes (LOL dont tell winamac i said that!).

i like asti for a sparkling drink and i LOVE harveys bristol cream for an after dinner drink (or even a before dinner drink). it is so smooth and really warms me up. i love it especially at this time of the year.

have not tried the SOPHIA, love roses, but i have had other coppola wines that have been good.
