You regulars will remember the absolute heII that LG put me through with both a refrigerator and a stove that were lemons. The refrigerator died twice in the first year I had it, and the lower oven and one of the five burners on the stove didn't work right from day one. (HH Gregg, where I bought them, couldn't care less.) I lost plenty of money on the ingredients for baked goods that were ruined, I couldn't make the Christmas cakes that have been a tradition for over 30 years for family and friends, I didn't have a working oven OR refrigerator over the holidays, I couldn't do the Christmas baking for my soldiers, and my stress level was through the roof.
I told LG that if they didn't recompense me in some way I would be initiating a class action lawsuit, since I've come across many people who are dissatisfied with their appliances. They offered me a HUGE settlement...$150. That's an insult!
What do you think I should accept as the minimum?
