Hello fellow Kitchen Helpers!! Question for everyone in the know...... I am making salmon tonight (only prepped it once before as I'm not a big fish eater - but trying to be). I have a slab of it here from the store but it only has very basic instructions on temp/time to cook. I plan on doing this in the oven - broiled, perhaps??
Anybody care to assist in the process? Any fool-proof tips/flavor/seasonings to make it yummy? I am making red potatoes (my newest recipe - from you all) and garden green beans (wasn't up for asparagus or broccoli today). Hopefully this will be tasty (and not fishy).
