Slow cooker question

Hi ladies, I'm looking to replace my old slow cooker. It's really gotten too slow. LOL I've used that baby so much it's about worn out. It's a cool touch on the outside, which I love but I can't find another one.

I had one a couple of years ago that got hot on the outside and I got rid of it. It would actually burn you if you touched it. So now I'm on the hunt again.

So if any of you ladies have any ideas and suggestions, I'm all ears. I've been doing some searching on the net but nothing says cool touch.
