Shred meat in 1 minute!

Tonight I shredded chicken in my KA mixer with the big paddle in 1 minute! I started shredding it with two forks. I rarely make anything with shredded meat because I hate to do this. I didn't think it would work but I just decided to try it after reading about it on line and it was already taking a lot of time with the forks. I pitched the forks and threw it in. It really worked in about a minute! I can't wait to make pulled pork and enchiladas!
