I made that delectable chocolate chip cookie recipe of yours-and you wouldn't think it possible to improve perfection...BUT can you imagine those cookies with macadamia?????? I need to buy more Ghiradelli chips, but I think I will make a batch this weekend Poodlepet

I was just looking at my latest King Arthur catalogue and they have a lovely tutorial on types of chocolate. There is also a killer recipe for dark chocolate exclaims that I would love to try.
