mandoline sold out. I love my Dash brand. It's just like his. Walk into Bed and Bath with either your 20% off coupon or the 10 bucks off coupon with any purchase over 39 and it lowers the price to 40.

No time in processing and no slow mail wait time either.

Works for me. I'm still waiting on an order from HSN from Aug 16th !

I've had it with the mail.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have been wanting to upgrade my mandoline to something like this.

I have an old one that has thin or thinner slices. I would like one that does a thicker cut.

I made a lot of pickles this garden season and the slices were not as thick as I would like no matter how much pressure I used.

If you get Aqua or Green, the price drops to $39.99 and then the coupon.

Sad to say, but, I'm not ordering any more from QVC or HSN if I can go find in store. Not worth my piece of mind. Tired of the bull****

just go over to https://community.qvc.com/t5/Customer-Care/bd-p/CustomerCare2016 and read all the complaints. Nobody is getting any help, etc. I'm breaking free of the QVC spell. LOL

I don't use choppers/slicers like this very much, but when I do I have a Genius one that has variable thickness settings. It's one of those flat models so you don't have to worry about the food fitting into the chute. It's also got the vertical slicers so I can also do fries or combine the two and get a dice. It's my only gadget for dicing, although generally I just grab a knife and take my chances.

I have been an online/catalog shopper my entire life. That is my preferred way to shop.

Sure, I have had issues w/ Q orders and every other online vendor over the years, but they have always been resolved easily. I have no complaints and I have shopped since CVN. I will not blame Q because UPS bounced and broke or USPS lost my pkg.

I don't have time to go from store to store searching, B&M. I will use their websites though! So I appreciate the recommendation!

@SharkE I did a little checking into Geoffrey Zakarian brand. The Dash brand is made by the same manufactuing company in Hong Kong as Geoffrey Zakarians products, so indeed it is like his. They make a lot of the name brand products sold under different names. .

You did good getting yours on sale.
