Secrets of a Restaurant Chef, etc.

I am really enjoying Anne Burrell's "Secrets of a Restaurant Chef" on the Food Channel, and Melissa D'Arabian's (sp?) "Ten Dollar Meals". I find them both easy to listen to and both have some great fresh ideas.

Previously I had complained about the lack of shows that appealed to me recently on the Food Channel, but these two (and maybe more I haven't checked out) are right down my alley.
