Sausage balls question?

{#emotions_dlg.confused1}I saw on Betty Crocker website, that you can freeze the baked sausage balls & then later on reheat in the oven for 15 or so mins. Won't that overcook them? Has anyone tried this? Thanks, dw{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
