I have 15 of Saltopia seasoning in my kitchen cupboard right now. The best seasonings I ever have used! I bought these on QVC when she was on years ago and they are still fresh and delicious! Mine hardened up a little so I just stir them up with a fork and the wonderful aroma is awesome.

I have chatted with the owner also and she is amazing.

 bought the lemon lime  two pack yrs ago but even the unopened one became hard as a rock .  I've tried to chisel pieces ot with a knife . I stored in a cool dry place  but these must have had moisture in them from day one

@MKR14  I also bought the Saltopia when it was first offered and used it quite a bit. Then is sorta got kicked to the back of the spice cabinet. I just brought it back and have been really enjoying it on burgers and fish. I got the Meathead, Cabin Fever and Pucker Up Buster. Now, I keep them beside my stove so I see them.

In the town next to my place--I used to live there a few months ago--is a business called the Saltworks that makes all sorts of salts with seasonings as well as imports exotic salts from the world. I used to be able to buy from the bulk containers at my local grocery store just small amounts to taste. That was before covid, of course. No longer now. But I had so many diffferent types of salts---just used as a finishing salt and they were wonderful. I think my fave was salt with black truffle--omgosh---so wonderful!!! That one was $50 an oz--I bought maybe a tablespoon amount to try!!

Yes, Saltworks down in Woodinville, WA @wagirl

We popped in there years ago (before Covid) when they had a small retail area. It was well worth the stop before hitting Willows Lodge and wine tasting for a few days. Wonderful product. Sadly, to my knowledge, their retail store on site did not reopen. 

And yes, the truffle salt was amazing and easily my SIL favorite.
