@Northray

I was obsessed with this! I investigate every store bought food now on my Yuka app. Wow this salsa has so many bad additives in it! Rated horrible! So as much as it hurt I ate up what I had and won't buy anymore. I just make my own.

Smiley MadWhaaaaayyy!  This stuff is seriously addictive.

@ID2   What was in it.  I don't use it, I make my own, organic or buy one that's decent.  But what can be in it? Curious!!!!!

@Northray @ID2  I did find a dupe for the Guacamole salsa, you do have to start out with a cup any regular salsa though. But you could find your own salsa, then add following.  I will try this with my organic. Ingredients. Looks good

Ingredients

  • 3/4 - 1 cup salsa verde Herdez brand
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled & pits removed
  • 1 jalapeno seeded & stem removed
  • 1/2 white onion roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro lower stems cut off
  • 1 lime juiced, about 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high powdered blender.
  • Process until smooth & creamy.
  • Serve warm or chilled with chips.

Oh this sounds good and easy to make.  Thank you!

Anyone try Trader Joe's Cowboy Cavier? I love it!

I also like Tostito's Salsa and Mrs. Renfro's, and the smooth Taco sauce from Ortega.

I love Salsa Queen products. The dips are wonderful and the salsas taste almost homemade. My grandma made her own so hers was the best, of course.

I like the Walmart brand Black Bean and Corn Salsa.  The peach flavor is good, too.

Casa Sanchez.  And also Santa Cruz. Brands.  Probably the worst and most watery salsa I ever bought was a Kirkland brand in the deli.
