I ordered the Salmon TSV. When I entered the coupon code in my cart, it seemed to be accepted, and lowered my total to around $82. Now, I just read my email confirmation and the price shows the original TSV price. If I call their customer service number, do you think they'll honor the coupon? I'm not going to bother if some of you know TSV's were not part of the XOXO25 coupon deal.

@AuntG - it doesn't matter what anyone "thinks".  It's a phone call for Pete's sake.  Call them.  Its possible that the coupon had requirements that your order didn't meet.

Thanks for your help  @JeanLouiseFinch. I knew I'd get that response as I was typing, so I shouldn't have bothered with my question. I'm sorry if I'm not assertive, and I simply didn't want to bother them unnecessarily. Oh, and I tore up the coupon, so if your next response is to read the fine print, I can't.

There is a 5% discount on every TSV the entire month.

You could ask CS for a least that discount.

@AuntG, call Customer Service and let them know. A friend of mine used the same code XOXO25 for the salmon and hers went through. I just had her check and she still has the discount on her order page

@JYWilliams.  If that's the one described above, it says "for select customers only".  That's why it ma6 work for one person but not for another.
