@QVCkitty1   That's my favorite too!!!  At our supermarket it varies in price from $4.99 (rarely buy it then) to 2 for $6.  That's when I stock up.  Also like the Mexican fiesta, I think it's called.  I stopped making my own salads and just buy these.

We make our own salads too.  Costco has wonderful small heads of romaine lettuce and their spring mix is very fresh.  We also like to add fruit to the usual--peaches, pears.  And Costco's balsamic vinegar (organic if I remember) is excellent on salads with a touch of olive oil!

And a mixed green salad with tuna and tart/sweet apples is always a favorite lunch here.

@Sooner - we buy those petite heads of romaine too.  They're just the right size for a serving. I like the spring mix too.  DH will eat it but prefers romaine or iceberg.

@JeanLouiseFinch Those little romaines are so fresh and crisp, easy to take the outside leaves off, wash and use!  There is so much less waste too--which I like!

I have many faves--the dill pickle one is a fave and have used others too. I like them all but they need to be eaten up in a few days of they get kind of brownish---other wise I get the mixed salad greens in a clamshell and add whatever I have to it.
