I make my own dressings in the blender....we have a large salad for lunch every day as our noon meal. If I'm in a hurry, I mash up an avocado and juice a lemon. Or I use Napa Valley Naturals Oak Wood Aged Balsamic Vinegar Grand Reserve (whew!)....we have used this for years and is nothing like regular Balsamic.....sweet and almost like a syrup. You could use a good olive oil with the Balsamic if you prefer. So easy and both dressings very tasty.

@phoenixbrdWhat else goes in your daily salads?
Looking for some inspiration beyond the usual.

Back when I could eat them, I sliced a fresh strawberry or two for my individual salad. I used an HEB balsamic vinegar for dressing. The brand has several choices.
It makes a refreshing variation to traditional tossed salad. A hint of diced orange or tangerine gives a nice surprise as well.

@goldensrbest ..........Try googling homemade salad dressings or if you do Pinterest search on there to find lots of ideas for different dressings.
