Well, I'm glad I got this. It turned out to be quite handy during our holiday charcuterie hosting and travels. NO regrets!! lol

That looks cool, @Quackeroo.  Are the dividers removable?  Can they be reconfigured?  Is it easy to wash?

I am curious about this as well.  It would be great to take on a picnic or to a winery.

@JeanLouiseFinch   The dividers are not movable, and both the bamboo cutting board and the plastic unit require handwashing.

 

I didn't think it was difficult to clean. I just washed down the cutting board (did not submerge) on both sides with Dawn and threw the rest of the unit in the sink with a couple of squirts of dishsoap and filled it with water, then washed briskly. lol
