"Full Tang":    blade goes all the way thru the handle. 

 

Can't tell from looking at them.   (No rivets showing on the handles.)

@MKCANDLES64 - I don't think they are full tang, especially if they have soft-grip handles; as @Desertdi noted, you'll typically see riveted handles on full-tang knives. There are a few different full-tang Sabatier Edgekeeper knife block sets for sale on Amazon, if you're interested.
