I really like these.  I bring them home and eat half at a time and can be satisfied for a few days.  I don't want to see them go at the end of summer, so I'm thinking:

Fall:  Pumpkin spice cookies, vanilla ice cream; spiced apple cider cookie and cream flavor; coffee cream flavor; or oatmeal walnut cookie and maple ice cream. 

Holiday:  Peppermint and oreo cookie; sugarcookie and egg nog ice cream; 

Winter:  Chocolate and strawberry ice cream (Valentines?); Oatmeal and mint green ice cream (St. Pat's day?)

Spring:  Chocolate and berry ice cream;

@Sooner.  You re  talking to the wrong people; you need to contact Sonic.  You're  ideas are great, especially since they don't  normally have much in the way of desserts.  They've  had some really bad ones in the past.  I often get food or drinks from Sonic but have never had one of their ice cream cookies.  Oreos and chocolate chip cookies really don't appeal to me.
