Yes @Danky2  The ones I purchased at Amazon.  They come in a package od 9 I think.

 

Are biodegradable and so good for environment.  Cost effective too.

I started to keep mine in a tiny decorative loaf pan on the window sill.  It looks cute.  A sponge, pan scraper and a metal scouring pad.

After reading this post, I went onto Amazon and found the sponges. Then I searched for ceramic sponge holders. There are so many really cute ones in different styles. One of the holders I saw was copper, and another had a marbled finish. Now I need to decide which one I like best! This will look much prettier than the old metal holder with suction cups I have now that’s always falling from the sink, plus it’s in the way.
