SMOKIN' cookbook

I bought this cookbook at Sams, much less that at the Q, and I do like the recipes, as I do have a masterbuilt smoker, and need more than the Dad Gum cookbook, but I am surprised that the Q sold it, as the language is a bit "smart or tart", as other cookbooks. I have no problem with the "smart language, or his thinking he is the greatest" concept, but again it just surprises me. I notice, it has not been back on since it's 1st outing. I know someone who knows him personally, and says this is just the way he talks!!!!!!! Like I said, I have no problem, but has anyone tried anything from this book that they thought was a really good recipe?? I love my somoker, and would like more tried and true recipes...... I really want to get my money's worth out of my smoker{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
