Re: SAME COPPER COOKWARE FOR $29.99???

Here we go again.... I'll be glad when the copper pan has run  its course and everyone in America has one.

@Cookie2025, I would think that QVC's marketing people had done the homework and knew that others were selling Copperchef pans (with Eric's picture on the box) for less.  This could be why every time I saw a presentation they made a big deal out of the TSV pan sizes, the handle options and grill press.

@TrixI have been shopping with Q since the mid-80's.  I have learned a lot about the TSV's and pricing.   Keep in mind there are a lot of shoppers who don't have the shopping mecca's some of us are exposed to OR they can't get out of the house to shop (illness, mobility issues).

I love Barbara Bixby and I love Doll make-up but the majority of the stuff around here I can get cheaper.  I used to love Mrs Prindable's but I got a bad batch and never went back.

The Walmart version had the long handle of the Copper Cookware.

Twenty dollars is twenty dollars ...

@Desertdi  Surely you wouldn't let a little thing like a few miles stop you when you could get a copper pan for $29.99?

Reminds me of Paula Deens cookware that is in every discount store around here now....

Well it certainly looks like the smaller one, so it's a good price no matter what.

LOL, price going down or cheaper after buying is the story of my life.   Can't worry about it much.   I thought it was worth it the time I bought it.

Re: SAME COPPER COOKWARE FOR $29.99???

@Cookie2025, I think you misinterpreted my post.  My point was QVC's sales pitch seemed to be that their deal was the best because by including the frequently mentioned grill press they were giving you a $40 item (included in their $69 price).  I also mentioned that the QVC offered a bigger pan than elsewhere. I also think QVC is the only one selling the casserole handles.

In no sentence of my post do I suggest anyone buy the $20 pan at the local discount store.  I am also very sensitive in ALL of my where to purchase suggestion posts in any category that many shoppers are not able to get around to, or their towns simply do not have the variety of stores one living in an urban city may have.

Spend $68 for the little one as a  gift back in Sept so did not fall under the Christmas return policy and the bigger pan was the same price. Please don't burn me again Q.

I looked at the referenced ad and Ollie's is offering "Copper Cook" not "Copper Chef" so I suspect it is another knockoff.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
